Contour Aviation in Houston, TX is seeking a Ground School Instructor to deliver ERJ ground training and oversee exams in support of the Part 135 Pilot Training Program. You will ensure trainees meet completion standards and coordinate with training and safety teams to sustain program quality.

The role requires a Commercial Pilot certificate with instrument rating, FAA instructor credentials preferred, and a capability to work nights or weekends as needed. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Deliver ERJ ground training per Part 135 PTP and standards.
• Facilitate classroom instruction on aircraft systems and policies.
• Administer exams and document results accurately.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of Part 135 and FAA guidance.
• Coordinate with Training, Flight Standards, Safety and Scheduling.
• Develop and align courseware and examinations.
