Job summary

Apple is seeking an Ergonomics Product Design Engineering Program Manager for the Vision Pro group. You will partner across design, human factors, applied research, core tech and quality teams to define specifications, run user studies, and drive cross-functional reviews with peers and executives.

You will manage end-to-end programs, oversee prototype development and budgets, and present findings to leadership while guiding teams through complex, dynamic environments in a cutting-edge hardware

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering products requiring multi-material integration and user studies.
• Full lifecycle program development in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design, human factors, and research teams to define specs and study plans.
• Translate user-study data into hardware prototypes and demonstrations.
• Oversee prototype manufacturing and budgeting.
• Maintain knowledge management and documentation.
• Present findings to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Develop and maintain development schedules; provide executive updates.
