Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team at a Fulfillment Center in Georgia. The role focuses on onsite injury prevention, ergonomic training, and proactive safety to protect associates and optimize work processes.

You will analyze injury data, design targeted interventions, and partner with operations to embed prevention into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state) required.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Experience in an occupational or industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety programs.
• Drive ergonomic training and interventions based on risk assessments.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
• Assist in emergency response and safety compliance across the site.
