Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety team seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety at a Fulfillment Center. You will drive ergonomic training and engagement to improve movement techniques and prevent injuries.

In this role, you will analyze injury data, design targeted interventions, and partner with operations to embed prevention into workflows. A Bachelor’s degree and Athletic Trainer certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state certification)
• First Aid/CPR/AED certified (within 3 weeks of start)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention initiatives through data-driven analysis and ergonomic interventions
• Perform workplace evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards
• Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into daily work
