Job summary

Premise Health in Blue Springs, MS is seeking a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist to provide care to client employees at our Health Center. Working hours are Monday-Thursday, 5:30PM-4:00AM.

You will lead ergonomic assessments, group training, and injury prevention programs, collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams, and maintain accurate documentation to help employees stay safe, healthy, and productive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Sciences or related field.
• Experience in Health/Fitness Industry and Occupational Health; OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Experience in Group Exercise Programing and Ergonomics preferred.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on training (AHA/ARC) required.
• First Aid training required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify risk tasks.
• Lead group and individual training in functional movement and injury prevention.
• Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams.
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate health records.
• Participate in meetings and other duties as assigned.
