Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Blue Springs, MS is seeking a Full Time Injury Prevention Specialist to provide care to client employees at our Health Center.

The role involves ergonomic assessments, group training, and injury prevention programs, with scheduled hours Monday-Thursday, 5:30PM-4:00AM. You will collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams, maintain documentation, and contribute to wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/fitness and occupational health settings.
• Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred.
• Experience in group exercise programming and ergonomics preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in health sciences or related field required.
• CPR certification with hands-on training in AHA/ARC required.
• First Aid training (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments and recommend preventive strategies.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement and injury prevention.
• Provide client follow-up, care coordination, and performance recommendations.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to support injury prevention initiatives.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure up-to-date information.
• Participate in meetings and task forces as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
