Providence is seeking an Injury Prevention and Ergonomics Analyst to lead region-wide programs under the IP&E Manager. The role focuses on ergonomics, safe patient handling, and injury reduction through engineering, administrative and work-practice controls, with hybrid work in California.

You will manage projects, analyze injury trends, prioritize risks and partner with Health Services leadership to implement interventions while aligning with a culture of safety and high reliability.

Formación

• Within 2 years of hire Certification in ergonomics or safe patient handling.
• 3 years work experience related to ergonomics, injury prevention and safety or healthcare setting (i.e. RN, PT, OT, exercise physiologist).
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field (RN, OT, PT, ATC, industrial hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Kinesiology).
• Coursework/Training: Ergonomic related training (i.e. CPE, CEAS, CIE, CAE, CHSEP, Human Factors Engineering, SPHM).
• Coursework/Training: Project Management related training (i.e. Lean, Continuous Improvement).
• Upon hire: Physical Therapist License (LPT).
• Upon hire: Occupational Therapist License (OT).
• Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs for injury prevention, reduction and health promotion at regional level.
• Provide project management to new and existing programs in cooperation with IP&E Manager.
• Collaborate with IP&E team and leaders to deliver ergonomics and injury-reduction services.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify injury trends and develop risk-reduction strategies.
