Job summary

Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 11T Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) unit. The RN will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care for post-surgical patients, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes across the care continuum.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited nursing program and holds a valid RN license with BLS certification. 3, 12-hour shifts per week are required, with holiday and weekend rotations, on a 7p–7a schedule.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program is required.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice.
