Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of clinical excellence in assigned areas through education.
• Provide ERAS education for patients pre-operatively and rounds post-operatively.
• Collect and analyze patient data to evaluate ERAS protocol adherence and outcomes with Surgeon Advisor for Quality and Safety.
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for direct care providers using nursing theory and adult education principles.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary performance improvement teams to enhance patient safety and staff competence.
