Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an X-Ray Technologist in Hendersonville, TN for PRN assignments. The role involves performing X-ray examinations, supporting busy ER environments, and ensuring patient safety while maintaining high-quality imaging and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience post-graduation.
• Current ARRT registration - RT (R) and state licensure where required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort level with portable and general X-ray examinations.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Manage patients during complex procedures and exams.
• Operate portable X-ray machines and other X-ray equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor X-ray equipment problems.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls received.
• For on-call assignments, contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in clean and order.
