Qualifications

• 2+ years of emergency veterinary technician experience.
• ECC/CVT/LVT/RVT credentials strongly encouraged.
• Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical assisting.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast‑moving situations.
• Comfort working with ICU patients and advanced diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Supporting veterinarians during emergency cases.
• Delivering emergency first aid and advanced nursing care to injured or critical patients.
• Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgical and post‑operative care.
• Preparing patients and instruments for emergency procedures.
• Obtaining and monitoring vital signs, including blood pressure and SpO₂.
• Collecting lab samples and performing in‑house diagnostics.
• Operating digital radiography and advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately documenting patient histories and medical records.
• Supporting patient flow through admissions, treatment, and discharge.
• Maintaining clean, sterile, and organized treatment areas.
• Using safe restraint techniques and following hospital protocols.
• Collaborating closely with doctors and teams.
