Qualifications

• Must have veterinary experience with emergency settings.
• Emergency experience is preferred for this supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership are essential to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Escalate issues to Clinical Manager as needed.
• Serve as a scheduled Clinical Services team member during shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet patient and client needs.
• Prioritize and organize workflows for each shift.
• Directly manage Clinical Services staff on shift and assign tasks.
• Address process or personnel issues during shift hours.
• Communicate schedule changes and performance concerns to the Clinical Manager.
• Respond as first line to client concerns and drug escalations.
• Train and mentor new team members on protocols.
• Provide input on team member evaluations to the Clinical Manager.
• Participate in on-call duties and management meetings.
