Job summary

VCA Central Kitsap Animal Hospital in Silverdale is seeking an ER/Urgent Care Veterinarian to join a busy hybrid practice handling emergency, urgent care, wellness and specialty cases. You’ll be supported by world-class medicine, technology, facilities and a talented team.

You will collaborate with experienced veterinarians, participate in continuing education and mentorship for students and new graduates, and enjoy a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Washington state, or the ability to obtain.
  • Commitment to practicing high standards of veterinary medicine and ethics.

We have a beautiful facility with 16 exam rooms, 2 surgical suites, a dental suite and digital imaging. We are a busy hybrid practice handling emergency, urgent care, wellness and specialty cases. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our experienced veterinary team to ensure smooth patient flow. You'll play a critical role in providing high-quality care to pets in urgent need, managing a wide variety of cases in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We value participating in continuing education and sharing knowledge with colleagues. Hands-free radiology safety standards. Fear-Free practice and cat friendly practice. AAHA accredited. Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship.

Total Rewards

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $200,000. Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
