Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process across all patient care phases. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in a 12-hour night shift schedule.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, and ongoing competency maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and other colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provides nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases.
• Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment and education, triage and interventions.
• Functions within the scope and standards of nursing practice and licensure requirements.
• Adheres to the ANA Code of Ethics and Sanford Health standards.
