Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Springfield, MA. You will deliver rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department, with responsibilities including triage, treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The role requires ER nurse experience, valid RN licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS (or ENPC) certifications. 12-hour days, 36 hours per week, and travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a busy ED.
• Assess, triage, and implement urgent care plans.
• Administer medications per emergency protocols.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and team members.
