Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical school completion of Nursing Assistant, EMT, Phlebotomy, or Medical Assistant courses is required.
• Certification as CNA, EMT, Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant preferred.
• 0–1 year of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ED under licensed staff.
• Transport patients safely to units, procedures, or discharge.
• Maintain clean, stocked ED and ensure equipment is operational.
• Document care activities in the EMR system accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and support the care team as needed.
• Adhere to infection control standards and PPE usage.
• Perform clerical tasks and assist with administrative duties as required.
• Collaborate with ancillary services to ensure seamless patient care.
