Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS for healthcare providers certification required.
• CNA license in Illinois and EMT-B license preferred as applicable.
• Prior clinicalHealthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and support routine patient care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Record information in patient charts and communicate with care team.
• Assist with ECGs, wound care, and basic safety procedures.
