Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.
• Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under the supervision of the ED RN or Charge Nurse.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist in the Emergency Department.
