Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current CNA certificate, LNA license, or EMT/ PCA education program may be required per site policy.

Responsibilities

• Observe, report and respond to patients' needs under RN supervision.
• Perform direct patient care tasks as directed by RN including VS I&O, phlebotomy, EKGs, and wound care.
• Support nursing in admission, transfer and discharge; assist with room turnover and stock supplies.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment and maintain a clean, organized department.
• Assist with patient transport and care coordination as assigned.
