Baptist Health Corbin is seeking an ER Tech for the Emergency Department on a part‑time, 3rd shift basis in Corbin, KY. You will assist with patient admission, vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and support to nurses and physicians in transfers, discharges, wound care, and care coordination.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, BLS/ACLS, glucometer training, and prior lab or customer service experience preferred. Training is provided in alignment with department standards.

Formación

• Must have basic patient care knowledge and ability to assist in ED procedures.
• Experience with EKGs, vital signs, and phlebotomy is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient admission, orientation, and safety features.
• Obtain vital signs and perform EKG testing with proper lead placement.
• Support nurses and providers in transfers, discharges, and wound care.
• Collect specimens following hospital policy and maintain clean areas.
