Job summary

Childress Regional Medical Center is seeking an ER Tech to support the emergency department. The role includes assisting the RN with patient care, monitoring vital signs, and helping with exams and procedures, including obtaining EKGs.

You will help maintain equipment and ensure safe, prepared patient care areas, and assist with patient transport. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CNA experience or LVN preferred, and current BLS or be within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as Certified Nurse Aid or Nurse Aid; LVN license preferred.
• Current BLS certification or within 3 months of hire.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

ER Tech# ER TechChildress, TX 79201## DescriptionFull Time 12PM-12AM: 36hrs a week.Assists the RN in providing care to patients in the emergency room. Includes patient monitoring, obtaining vital signs, assisting with exams and procedures, obtaining EKGs, and helping maintain a safe environment. The tech will assist with maintaining equipment, ensuring patient care areas remain prepared, and assists with patient transport. Shift hours for this full time position will be from noon to midnight, three days per week.## Qualifications1. High school diploma or GED.2.
