LeConte Medical Center, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a Shift Leader Clinical Nurse III for the Emergency Department. This full-time, night-shift position oversees staff, supports shift operations, and ensures high‑quality patient care.

Leadership duties include performance appraisals, hiring support, and coordinating staffing for the next two shifts. Minimum three years of nursing experience and a Tennessee RN license with CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Three years of professional nursing experience required.
• Valid Tennessee nursing license; CPR certification required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees staff performance appraisals on the shift.
• Participates in hiring and provides candidate recommendations.
• Prepares disciplinary documentation and recommends action to management.
• Directs staff shifts, coordinates meals/breaks, and projects staffing needs.
