Job summary

Kettering Health Middletown is seeking an RN for Every Weekend Commitment on 12-hour night shifts. You will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with the healthcare team, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to ensure safety and quality across clinical settings.

Active Ohio RN license and BLS are required; BSN and ACLS are preferred, with 1 year of acute care experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• Current, valid RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings.
• Align all duties with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
