Boone County Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for weekend coverage. You will provide direct patient care during 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) on Saturdays and Sundays, applying nursing processes and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with Iowa RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications required.
• Emergency Department nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status, communicate with physicians, and document progress.
• Mentor staff and participate in quality improvement activities.
