Job summary

Incredible Health in Bryn Mawr, PA is hiring an Emergency Department (RN). The role requires ADN or higher, an active RN license, ER experience preferred, and ACLS/PALS certification preferred. You'll work with trauma and urgent care teams to stabilize patients.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications and care, operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
