Candidates should have ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ ER experience, ACLS/PALS preferred. The team offers shifts day, night, and mid; full time, part time, and per diem; benefits include 401K, health coverage, and PTO.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications, operate and maintain equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to develop care plans and determine disposition.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
