The ideal candidate has 1+ year of acute care RN experience and holds an FL license (or compact license with 60 days to convert). Good multitasking and critical thinking are essential in this high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent Acute Care RN experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred; paramedic experience a plus).
• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days).
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages.
• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing needs and providing general nursing care.
• Provide follow‑up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and hospital departments.
• Maintain patient‑focused care while ensuring safety and quality standards.
