Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Room team in Grand Prairie, TX. This full-time role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, triage, and collaboration with physicians to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have TX RN licensure, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; TNCC preferred. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered. Excellent documentation and patient‑centered communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, TX license or eligible.
• 2+ years ER or comparable nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Document accurately and concisely in medical records.
• Observe and record patient signs, symptoms, and status.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures if needed.
• Assemble equipment and prepare supplies for procedures.
