Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license, MercyOne Genesis - current RN license in either Iowa or Illinois required at time of hire; secondary license for the other state within 12 months.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months of hire.
