Job summary

Baptist Health invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our care teams at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville. This PRN/as-needed position focuses on supervision of nursing staff, patient assessments, and coordinated care delivery across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The RN must be licensed in the state, have BLS, and be capable of collaborating with physicians and the health team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Perform nursing assessments, plan care, and document interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to implement patient care.
