Job summary
Manatee Memorial Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a per diem night Registered Nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care under facility policies. You will collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to monitor patients, administer IVs and medications, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of ER/ED experience and active Florida RN licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS and related certifications.
Qualifications
- Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Florida RN licensure.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification through American Heart Association.
- PALS certification through American Heart Association.
- TNCC certification.
- NIH Stroke Certification.
- CPI within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and nursing scope.
- Communicate with physicians and nursing staff about patient needs.
- Administer IVs and medications; monitor patient vital signs and use clinical equipment.
- Support patient-centered care and participate in care planning with the team.
