Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for Per Diem hospital assignments in Virginia. Earn $57.65 per hour with flexible scheduling and daily pay options.

Choose shifts that fit your availability and work with a local team that supports you from 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Active ER RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least two years of ER experience required.

Qualifications

• Active ER RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care ER experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
