Hudson Regional Health is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Department for neonatal to geriatric patients. The RN coordinates care planning, triages patients, and delivers direct and indirect ED care with initiative and flexibility.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS within 1 year of hire, and ongoing trauma education. Per Diem status offers flexible scheduling within a dynamic, high-tech hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Registered Nurse license for New Jersey.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum of 8 hours of trauma education every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care within the Emergency Department for diverse patient populations.
• Coordinate care planning with disciplines and triage safety.
• Communicate changes in patient status to physicians and adapt care accordingly.
