Job summary

North Country Healthcare in Lancaster, NH seeks a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This part-time Baylor position requires NH RN license, BLS/ACLS, and strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

The anticipated hourly range is $41.39–$55.94. A $7,500 commencement bonus is available (50% at hire, 50% after six months). All new hires attend a three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster. Travel reimbursement is available if Weeks is not home base.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current NH RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications required.
• PALS preferred; strong oral and written communication; excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Current clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care by promoting and restoring health using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Support patients, families, and friends; provide education and comfort.
• Supervise assigned team members and report to Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.
