Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a part-time swing shift in Jacksonville, FL. The RN will coordinate nursing care, deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care.

Leadership and collaboration with the care team are essential to maintain high-quality outcomes. Applicants must have an RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements plus BLS competency.
• ACLS certification required; PALS within 6 months of start date.
• One year RN experience in an applicable care setting is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours (days/evenings/nights/holidays/weekends) and on-call.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communication and critical thinking skills.
