Job summary

Atrium Health Stanly Emergency Department in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 24-hour ED team. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program, a state RN license, and BLS; ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.

At least 6 months of RN experience is preferred, with inpatient RN experience valued. The position is full-time night shift (7p–7a) with a 36-hour workweek, offering a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits as part of Advocate Health.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
• 6 months of RN experience required (not for new graduates).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to create a safe patient environment and high-quality experience.
