Job summary

Atrium Health Stanly Emergency Department in Albemarle, NC is seeking a Part-Time Night RN to join our 24-hour ED team. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safety and quality in line with department standards.

Requirements include completion of an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and at least 6 months of RN experience; inpatient RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of RN experience; not for new graduates.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure the safest patient environment.
