Responsibilities
- Communicates patient data and documents interventions using the EMR to support decision-making to improve patient care.
- Assists with or performs exams, assessments and procedures and documents interventions in EMR.
- Administers or assists with medications including IV, oxygen, and nebulizers.
- Screens sick calls and provides nursing care in various clinics.
- Responds to emergencies and performs advanced technical procedures.
- Assists in admissions, discharges and transfers.
