Responsibilities

• Communicates patient data and documents interventions using the EMR to support decision-making to improve patient care.
• Assists with or performs exams, assessments and procedures and documents interventions in EMR.
• Administers or assists with medications including IV, oxygen, and nebulizers.
• Screens sick calls and provides nursing care in various clinics.
• Responds to emergencies and performs advanced technical procedures.
• Assists in admissions, discharges and transfers.
