Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join our Emergency Dept. Night shift from 7pm to 7am, with orientation rotating through Days, Mids and Nights. Eligible nurses qualify for sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year RN clinical experience in the acute care setting.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing; if RN has ADN, must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• RN license must be active in Virginia or eligible.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination.
• Conduct all patient care in a patient- and family-centered manner.
• Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.
