Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for mid-shift 3pm-3am with newly approved shift differentials. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with full benefits and potential overtime.

The RN provides safe, competent nursing care, participates in stroke care, and adheres to policy while delivering Service Excellence. Qualified candidates include NLN‑approved RN program graduates with FL license, BLS, ACLS/PALS,

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
BLS (current upon hire)
ACLS, PALS, and/or required specialty training (or obtained within three months of employment)
Current Florida nursing license.
Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsibilities

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Recognizes the signs and symptoms of stroke and calling a stroke alert overhead.
