Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., is seeking a Registered Nurse for the mid-shift (3pm-3am) position. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, comprehensive benefits, and potential overtime with flexibility to cover various shifts.

The RN must be a graduate of an accredited program, hold a Florida license, and maintain BLS; ACLS/PALS or equivalent training is preferred. Join a team focused on safety, patient care, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• BLS (current upon hire) .
• ACLS, PALS, and/or required specialty training or course completion (or obtained within three months of employment) in required specialty.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Maintains currency in stroke knowledge and NIHSS training; participates in stroke-related assessments and thrombolytic therapy considerations.
