Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team. This role offers a night shift (Third) with a competitive base pay and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

New graduates with less than 1 year of experience may start at $36.00/hour. The RN will deliver expert nursing care with a strong emphasis on patient safety, education, and teamwork in a Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Previous acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Participate in transition to practice/Nurse Residency Program (10-week TTP with 6-month residency).
• Support education, health promotion, and teamwork in a fast-paced ED environment.
