The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking an ER RN for PRN night coverage. The RN will lead nursing care for a patient group, coordinate with physicians and the care team, and ensure safe discharge planning. The role emphasizes collaboration, supervision, and ongoing teaching within a large hospital system.

Minimum qualifications include MN nursing education, Michigan RN licensure, and AHA BLS. BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan is required.
• BSN degree is preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making activities.
