Job summary

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem, night shift, at the new freestanding ER in West Palm Beach (Hypoluxo & Jog).

The role requires ER experience, completion of an accredited RN program, Florida licensure, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS with TNCC within 6 months. You will provide safe, patient-centered care and support the ER team in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years emergency room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (current upon hire).
• TNCC (within 6 months of hire).
• Current Florida nursing license.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
• ED Nurse – Recognizes stroke signs, calls stroke alert, and participates in thrombolytic therapy management and related care.
