Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS current upon hire.
• TNCC within 6 months of hire.
• Current Florida nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Maintains stroke knowledge and NIHSS training; participates in stroke alerts.
• Adheres to core standards and promotes patient safety and service excellence.
