Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and NY licensure.
• BSN preferred per NYS requirements.
• Maintains licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations.
• Graduate Nurse Residency positions available for GN/rn with <1 year experience.
• Specialty credentialing and educational degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate optimal care via a computerized/digital platform.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge.
• Apply clinical knowledge and critical thinking to coordinate and support the plan of care.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure complete and accurate documentation in the patient record.
• Maintain knowledge of health care economics, trends, and reimbursement methodologies in daily practice.
