Qualifications

• Current New York nursing license.

• BSN degree preferred according to NYS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and facilitate optimal care via digital platforms.
• Assess and plan patient care from admission to discharge.
• Coordinate and support the plan of care with critical thinking.
