Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide RN coverage for ER with 18:45–07:15 shift (night).
• Ensure patient safety with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and acuity-based assignments.
• Float within or near unit as needed; participate in required onset and certifications.
