RN licensure in VA or multi-state compact is required, with a BSN preferred and BLS certification. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are included, plus a competitive benefits package. Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree from a professional nursing program required; BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or multi-state compact RN with VA eligibility
• AHA BLS certification required
• 1 year RN ER experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Cross-training considered for Med Surg candidates to cover NIGHTS

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
• Manage multiple cases and provide general nursing care based on acuity
• Document promptly and accurately per policy
• Coordinate follow-up plans with physicians and healthcare team
• Support a team-focused ER environment and maintain safety under pressure
