Job summary

Eisenhower Health seeks an experienced registered nurse to lead a Special Procedures unit, providing expert clinical care and directing daily staffing and operations. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive performance excellence within the team.

Required BSN or MSN, California RN license, and BLS. ACLS/PALS and department-specific certifications are expected. This full-time role involves day shifts and a 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• Required: BSN or MSN in Nursing.
• California RN licensure with BLS required at hire.
• ACLS, PALS and other certifications as per department requiremen ts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and policies; address concerns.
• Monitor unit standards of care and performance; drive improvements.
• Develop Nursing and Operational PI projects with leadership.
• Manage staffing, equipment readiness, and shift coordination.
